| This station is provided to allow food safety inspectionr. Either standalone or linked to RFID carcase tags, record defect or disease codes against specific carcasses, or note comments regarding raw material condition. Our Two way monitoring systems provide links to common databases (NLIS or similar) for warnings to inspectors that a particular carcase or Lot may need special inspection (i.e., for HGP, or a particular disease condition prevalent to an area or supplier).
These details are passed to the animal grading station, where they are used by the grading system software to adjust a grade category.
This inspection station can be configured to auto detain carcasses if the fault selected is one requiring the carcass to be retained for specific attention.
