| The Boning Room Manager enables the supervisor to enter product definitions, manage production orders, design cut or carton labels, set up cutting specifications, and communicate with the workstations. Carton data uploaded from workstations can be edited and reported on. For more sophisticated reporting, data is sent on to the Triton Integrator for yield, profitability, production batch and profit and loss reporting.
