The Triton 860SE is the latest development in reliable, easy to use, full size industrial terminals. If you are looking for a harsh Environment Computer (HEC) this is the one.

A fully washdown PC with 17” Touchscreen and Windows™ XP or Vista capability, or with the TRITON application software. 17” high resolution colour screen and compact design for those workplaces where you need "more for less". This is one of the largest screens available in this type terminal, yet also one of the smaller boxes at 520mm W x 460mm H x 130mm D.

840SE Workstation (replaces 830SE)

The Triton 840SE is the latest in compact industrial, Harsh Environment Computer terminals.

Smart yet industrially strong. compact design and construction. As all our terminals, a fully washdown PC with 10” Touchscreen and Windows™ XP or Vista capability, or as part of a TRITON application software. 10” high resolution colour screen and compact design for those workplaces where you need "more for less". This reflects the advantages of notebook type screens, yet retention of sufficient screen space to use touchscreen operations. The 840/830 series has been a raging success for operations that have constrained spaces, such as ‘Item Weigh-Labelling’. Just 300mm W x 240mm H and 125mm D.

Scales. Our preferred brand is A&D, offering unrivalled reliability and stability. These now include the high speed and in-line weighing models for automated or in-motion weighing. We support a wide variety of other scale and weigh indicators that can be selected within our software. Dual Scale options are offered. For multi-purpose workstations, recording Cut & Carton or Carton & Bulk operations

Labellers. Datamax label and tag printers are supported in all labeling applications. Windows drivers can be loaded for other labeller types for customer loaded PC applications. Dual and Multi Labeller options are offered, for multi-purpose workstations, labeling 'Branded' Pieces/Cuts & totalising these into Cartons, or Carton & Bulk operations

Automated Systems.

Auto Identification. Barcoding, RF identification and other auto ID technologies are supported.

Auto carton ID, Weigh, Record, Label systems can upgrade standard labeling workstations to semi or fully auto operation.

Label Applicators. The Triton JIA Label applicators for carton label application are available. Specifications can be easily tailored according to box and label sizes and throughput rates. These may also be used for retail ready label application to trays or shrink wrapped items.

Mountings and enclosures. We design and manufacture freestanding stainless steel mountings for entire scale, labeller, PC Terminal workstation. These can be configured at assembly (or reconfigured after installation) for LH or RH preferences and product flow and conveyor height adjustment. Stainless steel hose-proof enclosures fitted with heavy duty sliders for printers.
